Shipston Town Management Partnership is a Community Interest Company set up by residents of Shipston to undertake projects for the betterment of the town and to enhance the local community. It is a “Not for Final Profit” organisation, meaning that all the funds that it generates are re-invested into further projects. There are no Shareholders in the Company and the Directors receive no payment for running the business on a day-to-day basis. The company’s constitution allows for up to fifteen directors – at present there are just seven. If you have the enthusiasm to get involved, we would be pleased to hear from you.
